Leveraging to help others who are in transition - ease & convenience of communication facilitates ability to help more people via referrals and sharing opportunities. 4. Shoutin' out "HOORAY" - love jumping on facebook following an impressive Cavs victory to show my pride & support. 5. Staying tuned in - to what my network members are doing, professionally and socially. Super special when you see someone you care about or whom you've helped in some way, being recognized for their efforts & achievements. 6.
