They responded to the 80/20 rule by suggesting we let the crowd entirely direct our business. Could be a good idea, but it&#039;s the wrong interpretation of the principle. After all, following the 80/20 rule enables &quot;the crowd&quot; to demonstrate the easiest path to achieving one&#039;s goal -- not letting the crowd actually dictate one&#039;s goal. I&#039;m sure I&#039;m preaching to the choir here! Heck, probably, the ministers!
