Making a Connection in 25 Words

Liz Strauss has offered up a challenge to express your idea of connections in exactly 25 words.  She is compiling all that submit their ideas.  Here is her idea from the original post:

 

When I know
life is a story,
I’ll carry no pain.
I’ll meet you
wide open
like sunset
gives its heart
over to the night.

Here is my attempt:

Moment in time,

Make or Break moment-

When approached with listening ears,

Empathetic heart and desire to relate,

Connects us long after the moment passes.
